Conference Management

Esteemed participants and guests of MUNoH 2023,

We are very happy to welcome you to the 15th Model United Nations of Hamburg conference as this year’s Conference Management Team.

As the Conference Managers, we are not only responsible for the opening and closing ceremony, but for the conference running smoothly at all times. As the communication organ between the Executive Team and the MUN Directors, we invite schools to take part in the conference.

Secretaries General

Esteemed participants and guests of MUNoH 2023,

we, the Secretaries General, Emelie Pham and Robin Dressel, would like to warmly welcome you to the 15th anniversary of Model United Nations of Hamburg.

As this year’s Secretaries General, we will select the main issue and decide which of the countless imminent topics should be discussed in our chosen forums to hopefully spark lively, fruitful and thrilling debates.

Our position also comes with the duty to monitor the entire conference and aid you with the rules of procedure to ensure a smooth course of the conference.

And this time, we also took over the job of the Internal Delegate Supervisor. Therefore, we are going to keep an eye on all our lovely GyMei delegates and thoroughly prepare them for MUN by organizing delegate workshops as well as fun debates and of course by providing support for any problems and concerns that might occur. President of the General Assembly

Esteemed Participants and Guests of MUNoH 2023,

we, as the Presidents of the General Assembly as well as the Economic and Social Council of the fifteenth MUNoH conference, are particularly looking forward to chairing engaging and exhilarating debates. Moreover, we are also pleased to be responsible for all Chairs and Presidents, for their interviews, allocation, briefings and especially preparation and would therefore like to support them as efficiently as possible. We are already quite excited about the conference and are really striving to make the conference unique and unforgettable! we, the Heads of Admin Staff, are very excited to welcome you to the fifteenth Model United Nations conference of Hamburg.

It is our job to be responsible for everything regarding all the Adstaff. We are in charge of coordinating and motivating the Adstaff, as well as encouraging them throughout the conference. Furthermore, we are in charge of everything concerning the kiosk.

Computer Staff

Dear participants and dear guest of MUNoH 2023,

as the computer and media staff we are responsible for making your MUN experience as smooth as possible. For example a few of our duties are to update and manage this website so every participant is as well informed as possible. We manage the electrical equipment for the conference (eg. projectors, internet access…) and take pictures of the conference to help memorize the wonderful time and show the world what MUN is like. We really hope that you will have a great time here at GyMei.
